Datsu ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to providing high-performance darts tools while respecting your fundamental right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled across the Datsu mobile and desktop applications (available on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS) as well as the Datsu website (https://datsu.app).

2. Datsu Mobile & Desktop Application

The Datsu application operates with a strict privacy-first, zero-tracking architecture:

• No Account Required: You do not need to register, provide an email address, or create an account to use the application.
• No Developer Collection: We do not collect or receive personal data from the application. The application does not transmit player information, location data, device identifiers, or gameplay data to us or to third parties.
• Local Processing and Storage: Player names or nicknames, match scores, player rosters, game configurations, and statistics are processed and stored exclusively on your device to provide local gameplay. We do not have access to this data.
• No Tracking or Analytics SDKs: The application contains no third-party tracking frameworks, telemetry SDKs, or advertising networks.

3. Datsu Website & Waitlist

When you visit our website at https://datsu.app:

• Waitlist Submission: If you voluntarily choose to sign up for our beta waitlist or product updates, we collect only the email address you provide. This email is used solely to notify you about Datsu product availability and major updates. We will never sell, rent, or distribute your email to third parties.
• Essential Technical Data: When loading website assets, standard HTTP server logs (such as IP address and user-agent) may be processed temporarily by our hosting infrastructure strictly for network routing and security.
• No Advertising Cookies: We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

4. Third-Party Services

The application does not send gameplay or personal data to third-party services. We do not share data with third-party advertisers or data brokers. Infrastructure providers used for the website, such as static hosting, process requests solely on our behalf to deliver the requested web pages in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Local gameplay data may remain on your device until it is overwritten or removed by the application, or until you uninstall the application. Because this data is never transmitted to us, we cannot access or delete it remotely. You can remove the application's locally stored data by clearing application data where supported or by uninstalling Datsu.

If you submitted your email for the website waitlist and wish to be removed, simply send an email request to contact@datsu.app, and we will promptly erase your email from our records.

6. Children's Privacy

Our applications and services are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
